A new-build apartment residential development located in the heart of the High Town regeneration area immediately adjacent to Luton Train Station. The scheme maximises the site’s potential capacity delivering 70 units comprising 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments with associated public amenity spaces throughout, and basement car parking.
Through close collaboration with the Local Authority the ECE Westworks team were able to increase the scheme’s capacity by pushing the limit of the mass/scale through clear communication and presentation with the Urban Design officers. This additional capacity generated further returns on the client’s investment.
