A former factory/ warehouse sits less than 500m from Bristol’s main shopping precinct as well as parks and the Old Market High street.  The project is ideally situated to bring much needed new housing online for Bristol and to act as a catalyst for rejuvenation in the area.

 

The project conserves heritage by retaining the existing façade of Globe house which its characteristic of an industrial aesthetic for the area.  The project also sustainably enhances density for the inner city site and this is achieved with; high quality newbuild elements, a courtyard for the residents and office spaces.
